Influences:

Pete's musical odyssey began with a diverse array of influences, from the melodic piano-driven sounds of Billy Joel and Elton John to the thunderous energy of metal legends Obituary and Sepultura. These eclectic roots would shape his musical identity, sparking his love for both rock and metal.

The Early years:

At the tender age of 9, Pete picked up his first guitar, embarking on a lifelong love affair with the instrument. By the age of 13, he was already showcasing his vocal talents, a skill that would later prove pivotal in his career.

The Early Bands:

In 1988, Pete, still in his teens, joined forces with school friends to create the death metal band, Black Plague. While their performances remained within the basement, this early experience kindled the fire for live music.

By 1991, Pete was fronting the hard rock band Smoke N' Bones, playing gigs in iconic New Jersey venues such as Obsessions and Club Bene. This marked the beginning of Pete's journey as a stage performer.

Maelstrom:

In 1993, Pete co-founded Maelstrom, a progressive metal band that made waves across the central New Jersey club circuit. The years that followed saw Pete exploring various musical collaborations and soul-searching for his unique sound. His quest for self-discovery and the desire to define his musical identity eventually led him to Florida in 1997.

The Resurgence:

A hiatus from music ended when Pete wandered into a karaoke bar around 2000, rekindling his love for performing live. Introduced to local musicians through a mutual friend, he joined forces with a group of talented artists. Together, they formed The Party Gods, a renowned cover band that lit up the central Florida music scene.

Following the end of The Party Gods, Pete redirected his path as a solo acoustic artist.
